Here is what happened at our first meeting on 9/16/09:
Members-at-Large
We are interviewing candidates for the Member-at-Large positions. There are two spots to be filled. The responsibilities of a Member-at-Large include:
•Assisting the Executive Board where needed which includes but not limited to:
–Taking minutes for meetings
–Helping to set-up for events
–Contacting committees
–Spreading the word about events
